Skip over this if you are a perm. The flexi plans are challenging for us from a business perspective. A short, middle-of-the-day booking renders the desk non-revenue producing for the rest of that day. Bad Company, here and in Hastings, are the only coworking spaces in the country that we've found, that allow this degree of flexibility without charging for it. Other coworking spaces charge about $10 an hour for flexible bookings. You are paying comparable fees to other spaces' day rates, but getting as much as double the desk utilisation. We can't continue this but we do want to honour some flexibility. In the coming months, we are considering moving to these plans, at about the current rates. We'd keep some desks open to book as mornings or afternoons - swapping over at 12.45pm. Other desks will be bookable only by the full day. - 4 days a month (32 hours) - 8 days a month (64 hours) - 13 days a month (104 hours) Nothing will happen May/June, but by July we expect to make some changes. Your input will help us design something that gives us all a bit of what works for us.
